What anyone says about this film, you can't rate is as being bad. I mean, come on, the premise is a little flimsy, the "Spy vs. Spy" kiddie pranks that our two leading men use against each other, they're a tad worn out.
However, as ever, like a popular gag, watchable time and time again. Except I'd not recommend watching this film time and time again. Anyway, the only real downside for me was the ending, which seemed to be a bit of an anti-climax because of being so predictable.
