Review of This Means War (2012) by Tim C — 08 Oct 2012

Before seeing it:

Oh man... the critics are going to tear this one to pieces... but it might be a so-bad-it's-brilliant type film for yours truly.

After seeing it:

Ultimately right in the middle; there weren't a whole lot of laughs at the beginning, once the competition got started I had some good chuckles. Some scenes were pretty good, like the date inside the circus tent. Chelsea Handler was kind of annoying and in the way, continuously making sex-related comments (like a female Seth Rogen).

One early scene has Reese Witherspoon forcing Chris Pine to kiss her simply to show off... enh.

Overall, it's definitely watchable, but it's nothing memorable at all.
