Well, it's not just a clever name... and it's not really a documentary either. There must be 1000 better ways to make a documentary about censorship in Iran. Though Jafar did have some thought-provoking things to say, it was mostly devoid of content and meaning.
The last part in particular was just filler. Though you could argue that this "film" was nothing but filler in the first place.
