I expected a lot more, considering how great 'Knocked Up' was. Judd Apatow does a fine job examining the challenges of family life and aging, but he buries valuable observations in an unsympathetic utopia where a tough sacrifice means not eating gourmet cupcakes and maybe not having two BMWs parked next to the swimming pool.
