Friends of mine told me they found this movie sad and depressing, but just took it for what it was..a sequel to a hilarious movie focusing on hilarious characters. I loved these 2 in Knocked Up and in this.
Yes, the family dynamics here were messed up, but I didn't think too hard about it. I stuck with the comedy and laughed tons. I found myself quoting Jody tons (she was my fav). Some scenes (like the toilet stuff) were overboard with raunchiness, but they didn't ruin the movie.
Megan Fox isn't really a fav of mine, but I actually liked and appreciated her here.
