Review of This Girl's Life (2004) by Jezzy A — 20 Jun 2007

Very interesting film, with a focus on an adult webcam star, one owuld expect a walk through plot about a hooker with a heart of gold, but this movie goes elsewhere. This isn't a movie about a girl who got lost in the big city, this isn't a movie about a girl stuck in a would of porn, this is a movie about a woman who chose to become a porn star, and later use her sexuality as a form of sleuthing on cheating men.

The story also delves into the star's personal life in trying to find the right man and convince him that what she does isn't wrong. She also has a father with advanced Parkinson's, played by James Woods, in my opinion his best role to date.

All in all, thoroughly enjoyable, but not the greatest movie ever, It get's a 4/5 rating.
