John Waters in a stage show that is as entertaining if not more so than the Kevin Smith Evening DVDs. This Filthy World is John Waters telling us about himself and his movies and well everything he knows.
It really is like listening to an old relative reliving his memories in front of a very enthusiastic audience. Some of the jokes were literally laugh out loud. The masturbation booths in movie theatres was an interesting idea.
The 'Pope of Trash' will shock you! I saw a special in person Q+A after which made the whole experience that much better. Definetely one DVD I'll be picking up soon.
