The power to rate (i.e. censor) films lies in the hands of one man and a secret society whose identity is kept secret. Not science fiction...this is reality. Guess what is the most destructive and therefore censored material in American films.
Female pleasure. Show a woman shot in the head and that is okay, but goddess forbid we show a woman have a 20 second orgasm. It might destroy American culture.
