Review of This Beautiful Fantastic (2016) by Chris N — 20 May 2018

At the start it seems like this movie might have some original characters, but soon when watching, it is obvious that most are just tired out clichés. The quirky but beautiful young girl, who meets the quirky but handsome young guy, and of course, the old grouch living next door who grows to have a soft spot in his heart for the young girl.

This film seems like it may lead in a fresh new direction, but the only character who was remotely original was the quirky, yet charming, witty, and cheeky chef (played by Andrew Scott) who was not nearly given as much screen time or character development as his role deserved.
