Review of Thirteen Days (2000) by Molecular Molecule Mommy (3M) — 12 Jul 2008
A nail-biting look at the escalation of tensions to the brink of nuclear war during the Cuban Missile Crisis. The acting is top-notch and the dialogue is superb. The film does a great job of taking us inside President Kennedy's inner circle as he struggled through this conundrum and it shows us how close we came to destruction during this intense chapter of American history.
Some of Costner's best work of recent years. A great political drama!
