Kevin Costner is such a great actor but he's so underestimated these days. This is one of his last great roles. This is an actor I would like to see a comeback from really soon. The film is thrilling and you might ask yourself why because it's a lot of people in suits and uniforms talking about Cuba and bombs without us ever seeing anything but the film succeeds in greating an atmosphere of dredd and peril.
