Review of Thirteen (2003) by Adanma B — 28 Jan 2010
It really shows a side of teen life that many films fail to show and is swept under the rug. It is a heavy film at times with the issues between the mother and daughter and between the two friends. It shows how teens interact and what they are willing to do to one another if some serious consequences or issues arise.
In truth your family will be there when the people who thought were freinds turn on you. Well acted and good storyline with an actual message.
