Review of Thinner (1996) by Bryan W — 06 Aug 2010

Though I haven't read the book, I can only come away feeling that this adaptation was a bit too literal, which makes it come off more like a movie of the week than a theatrical release. Most of the characters, dialogue, and acting is third rate at best, but it still retains the draw of a few interesting sequences and an appropriately dour ending.
