I specifically wanted to like this, but man...pretty bad.

SPOILERS BELOW...

So, the guy hits and kills a woman while driving and getting a blowjob. He abuses his power and connections to get off, even though he was likely drunk and generally at fault. The victim's family puts a curse on him, which he subsequently blames his wife for, since she was giving him the blowjob when he hit the woman. In the end, he gleefully kills his wife and a family doctor whom he suspects his wife had been cheating with, even though he had no evidence to support the theory. This, after also employing a friend to terrorize and kill more of the original victim's family and friends.
