I wouldn't consider this a sequel to the first one. It has nothing to do with "act like a lady, think like a man". It was an update on the couples' lives together in Las Vegas for one of the couple's wedding. They had their drama and their problems but that's expected.
Overall, I liked it but I'm not a huge fan where I would recommend you to go watch it in theaters. It made me laugh and so you can say it had its funny moments. I personally don't think it lived up to the first one.
