I was hesitant at first, based on the steady schlock from Tyler Perry. Steve Harvey was able to hit it out the park. I can place this among the best romantic comedies I've seen. All characters, with the exception of Kevin Hart, are relatable and funny.
The only misstep is that Taraji Henson's character wanting an equal instead of someone she could control. That wasn't realistic or funny.
