Review of Things We Lost in the Fire (2007) by Ida K — 03 Jan 2009
I had mixed feelings about this movie. On the one hand, I could certainly understand the lonliness this poor woman was feeling.
I thought it was incredibly dangerous to her family for her to naively take in a drug addict as a roommate.
I'm happy to say the movie ended positively for all involved but it could have easily gone the other way. I'm not sure I would have subjected my children to such risk.
