Review of Things We Lost in the Fire (2007) by Dukas J — 18 Jan 2009
It's sad and slow, but I really liked it. I think that's one of the best movies that touches drug addiction, but does not concentrate on that as the main tragedy, more looks to the real causes.
And this movie isn't about drug addiction it's about loosing and moving on, mainly about how "things" are less important than having someone close to you. I liked the tempo of this movie and really nice pictures.
I am probably overrating it, but that's the impression I've got from this movie.
