Ollie shows buddy Stan who is in charge in his household by taking all his money out of the bank behind his wife's back and going furniture shoppings. Of course, things don't go smoothly, and from then on a series of hilarious unfortunate events even lead them to a near death experience.

The storyline of this Laurel and Hardy short is a bit random, but the duo makes it work well and even ends on a very funny gag where, after a blood transfusion, they mould into each other.
