Review of They Wait (2007) by Gamera R — 03 Sep 2008
This was a far above expected film. It rose way beyond any expectations with the crowd I saw it with at the Houston Worldfest film festival. Everybody there and me were surprised at how much better it was than the usual junk in this genre like LAST MISSED CALL, for example.
If you actually watch this movie (unlike the fake critics on the net) you will be able to see right aways how much these filmmakers cared and how hard they were trying. It is damn entertaining. First time Jaime King has ever got to show off her acting skills -- I was as impressed as the critics from Variety I read about later.
