John Carpenters 1988 film They Live is a great Science Fiction/Dark Comedy! The story is about a drifter who finds work on the streets and fellow co worker played by Keith David takes him to a place where the homeless can take a a shower and get a bite to eat.

Seems like a great place but has strange activity going on at night. When all hell breaks loose that's when the movie picks up. Our hero finds some sun glasses that are no ordinary pair. They can see things no mear mortal can see, and worse aliens are among humans! So it's up to a small band of a human resistance to fight back.

This movie is fun and the reason why on just how silly some of the plot can be. But who cares it has one of my favorite directors behind the camera John Carpenter. If you have not seen this movie rent it and check it out.
