Review of They Died with Their Boots On (1941) by Erin W — 28 Aug 2007
Yes, historically inaccurate, but that does not detract from the enjoyment this film brings. The love story played out between Flynn and de Havilland is wonderful - their parting at the end of this film mirrored their parting as co-stars.
Their real-life flirtation never blossomed into anything more.
