Review of They Died with Their Boots On (1941) by Paul C — 19 Apr 2008
Loved this film as a kid and still love it now. Great cavalry film depicting depicting the rise and fall of George Armstrong Custer, albeit one filled with historical inaccuracies. Certainly one of Flynn's best films and the chemistry between him and de Havilland is plain to see (but then they were sleeping with each other off screen !!).
