Review of They Came Together (2014) by Maxx D — 01 Jul 2014

David Wain's latest film has a great cast and a lot of fun mocking the romantic comedy genre. Sadly, only hours after viewing it, it feels as though I couldn't describe a single scene from it. Fun and at times funny, it's not a bad 90 minutes to spend, but it's not great.

My main recommendation comes from the fact that during the time of so-called like "The Hungover Games" and "Meet the Spartans," finally someone gets the art of parody right...it's just not enough for me to love.
