Review of There's No Business Like Show Business (1954) by Alex F — 02 Oct 2008
Not too bad. There are a few funny one-liners, and some of the numbers are pretty good. Ethel Merman and Marilyn Monroe are great. I also like that there were quite a few Fred Astaire songs playing in the background (are they all Berlin songs? I know Cheek to Cheek is, but I'm not sure about the others).
I just love Donald O'Connor, even if his character is a major douchebag in the middle.
