There Will Be Blood is a magnificent character study of a man who wants nothing more than power and control and a brilliant look at the evils of capitalism and greed. Daniel Day-Lewis is absolutely brilliant as well as Paul Dano.
This film has a great message on how greed consumes a man entirely leaving nothing but a cruel soulless bastard who has it all but loses everything else as well.
