Incredibly boring and overlong, There Will Be Blood is also extremely overrated film wrongfully proclaimed a masterpiece which has a terrific performance from Day Lewis, but for the protagonist that is so unrealistic and stupid and the story is very implausible.
It seems that every critic put this one on the top ten films of 2007 list and it got nominated for Best Picture, which goes to show how critics sometimes like to exaggerate and quickly proclaim some film a masterpiece without even the slightest idea why.
