Review of There Will Be Blood (2007) by Alasdair B — 24 Feb 2014
There Will be Blood is an incredibly well written, well acted drama. This film is not for everyone. It can be very slow at times, but it helps the viewer think and process whats going on. Daniel Day Lewis plays a grumpy old oil driller.
He and his adopted son travel the land looking for oil. Paul Dano plays a stunning performance as well. While in my opinion, this film is not as good as its rival, "No Country For Old Men'' it is still beautifully shot and well directed.
