This was my first Paul Thomas Anderson film so I won't judged him yet, but honestly, I found this film to be completely forgettable. If it wasn't for Daniel Day Lewis performance, this one would have definitely been a snooze fest.
Sure yeah, PTA did a good job getting the best out of his actors and the cinematography was nice, but it's SOOOO SLOW! Still, give it a shot. You might enjoy it more than I did.
