Review of Then She Found Me (2007) by Krystal L — 22 Aug 2008
A bit more serious than I had expected from some trailers I had seen, but quite good. It's got its funny bits, its sad moments, it's touching and sweet moments, and then the bits of utter reality.
The story was well written and wonderfully cast and acted (I especially loved Colin and his walks, and Bette's character was just wonderful) though there were times when I felt they were throwing a little too much in.
Like the story could have done just fine with out a few plot lines - but I don't know exactly which ones I could do without ... which I guess means they were all needed. I don't know, this is why I'm not a writer/editor :) Anyway, the movie was good, definitely recommend to any lover of family, romance, hardships overcome .
.. or just lover of Colin Firth. ;).
