Apparently you don't need me to tell you about Firth's loin quivering performance...I will say that I would never buy Broderick as anyone's romantic interest but overall, this is a sincere rom-com that did an admirable job of showing April's internal angst.
..rarely are characters given more than 2 personality traits to chew on...Firth and Hunt especially are complex and conflicted...a joy to watch.
