THELMA & LOUISE is a fantastic road movie. Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis making extraordinary perfomances in this heartbreaking masterpiece. The 129 minutes of the film are simply extraordinary. Narrating the story of two friends who decide to travel on weekend for fun, however, that two friends did not contemplate was a lot of confusions that would meddle.

A killing, an escape, a robbery, one unplanned trip to Mexico and a chase at the Grand Canyon. These are some of the events that transformed this film into an eternal lession of life. The film teaches us never to be afraid to live life, do something new, change the routine.

The film is a lesson about friendship, life and the union. Certainly more than a classic of American cinema, THELMA & LOUISE is an eternal masterpiece of director Ridley Scott, who years later would return to direct other sucessful films such as GLADIATOR and BLACK HAWK DAWN.
