Review of The Youngest Profession (1943) by Christopher B — 13 Dec 2017
Juvenile fluff piece which starts as a shallow comedy about throbbing-hearted teens chasing autographs, then morphs into a screwball mistake about parental romance. There are a few in-jokes about the film industry and casting of the time.
The cameos give a nice slice of life as portrayed by the studio system.
