Review of The Young Victoria (2009) by Tibor B — 21 Jul 2010
A good cast headed up by a lively performance by Ms Blunt as, well, the young Queen Victoria and her early romance with Albert. The look of the film is lavish, elegant and immaculately detailed but it seems all the attention went on the visual side of the film, as there really isn't much of a story told here, merely a beautifully recreation of a small romantic part of a great monarchs life.
