Review of The Young and the Damned (1950) by Miguel L — 17 Nov 2007
I approached this movie with caution: long I had suffered through Bunuel's other movies. Surprised I was (... a bit Yoda-ish I am today) to find this movie's streamlined narrative enthralling. A great social commentary underlining great performances and tremendous story.
Wonderful Mexican cinema in the hands of an astounding Spanish director.
