This 1963 effort about a wacky ex-Nazi scientist trying to bring back Der Fuhrer was probably meant as a drive-in theater entry by the producers ("movies to make out by") only the inexperienced director wasn't told ... and thought he try for gold.
Oh well.
Delivered stale. Stale acting. Stale writing. Stale directing. Stale everything. It was stale when it was fresh.
Meh.
