Review of The Yes Men Fix the World (2009) by Gus S — 03 Aug 2009
Notorious anti-corporate pranksters The Yes Men pose as industrious corporate flunkies to expose oily corporations profiting on the miseries corporations have brought upon the world. Through outlandish pranks, such as posing as Dow Chemical reps promising complete reparations to the city of Bhopal 20 years after the Union Carbide chemical accident - and thereby dropping Dow's stock 4% in one day - the Yes Men expose free-market advocates for the sleazy snake oil merchants they really are.
Very funny and very infuriating at the same time.
