Review of The Yellow Sea (2010) by Ollie W — 26 Sep 2011
Undoubtedly the most violent film I have ever seen, Hong-jin Na's breathtaking film is as manic and relentlessly paced as any thriller you ever experienced and continue's his fascination with chases, escaping, seemingly unsurmountable odds.
In fact, after his excellent debut The Chaser, Na has made yet another masterpiece of ultra-violent Korean cinema. Another chap we have to watch out for... Excellent, stomach churning stuff.
