I'm a little late to the party on "The Wrestler" which is unfortunate because I've heard so much about it, I felt like I was watching a movie I'd already seen. So while the plot may have been a little spoiled for me, the movie overall still wins on so many levels.
Rourke's performance can't be overstated, and Tomei does an equally good job with less screen time. You don't need to enjoy wrestling, sports movies, or comeback movie's to enjoy this movie, if you like movies at all, you'll like The Wrestler.
