From the beginning, it is predictable how its story going end but this film is built by one man performance, Mickey Rourke that keep us pinned down to centre of the arena mat. The Wrestler gives a strength of compassion that is heart wrenching and its vibrant art is damp affecting.
Ultimately, this film offers a show stopping drama that turn a complete soul into a broke one.
