A flawless film about one man's determination to fulfill his dream of breaking the land speed record for motorbikes under 1000cc. An intriguing true story coupled with Hopkin's startlingly charismatic and convincing portrayal of Burt Monroe left me feeling warm, euphoric and inspired.
The racing sequences were tense, exciting and...well...bloody awesome!
Go see it, it needs all the exposure and appreciation it can get...pity about how few people have seen it and the disappointing Oscar recognition.
