Review of The World's End (2013) by Mike T — 11 Jan 2015
An excellent movie with great visuals and absolutely bizarre acting. It was a gem, a great movie that was amazing to watch. It had so much heart and soul, and was a really good movie. So funny. Not a masterpiece but still vey very good.
The twist ending was absolutely raucous and the shadowy visuals were a nice treat for old school movie goers that are still fascinated by shades and colors, movies that set the tone with color schemes, the old school way.
This was great! So good!!!! Worth every penny for the ticket and more, it was a bargain in that I had so much fun!!! It really was a wonderful movie and such a good time at the theater, reminds people of why they love their movies and enjoy spending tons of money to watch hundreds of movies, because of mad comic masterworks like "The World's End".
A grandiose huge ending that goes on for 15 minutes that is a pure joy to watch. Some of the best storytelling of 2013, just absolutely hilarious chain of events that is a pure joy to watch. Some unreal colors, effects, characters (25+ stunning, shifty and scary characters) with an ending that is just magical to watch.
One of the best movies of 2013, and a total 10/10, this movie was a hilarious and shocking gem with some very strong and bizarre acting that is a joy to watch, unlike anything you have ever seen before.
Just a brilliant little movie that was a joyous, captivating and magical experience, bringing the laughs, excitement, and sweetness for everyone who has an interesting and heartfelt genuine taste in movies.
It also was pretty ridiculous and kind of tedious with a little bit of high school drama and crude, violent and obscene monkeying around, I guess it's that nastiness and crudeness and sharp monkey violence that makes this a little tedious, but it was still very enjoyable even though it was definitely fuzzy and dank.
