Review of The World's End (2013) by Logan M — 19 Mar 2017
Didn't care for Shaun of the dead, hated hot fuzz, thought Paul was okay, so I didn't know if this would be my cup of tea (English pun). surprisingly I loved it. Thought it was the duo's best effort yet! Of the three movies I rented that snowy night, this turned out to be the best by far! I think pegg&frost's chemistry is at an all time high, and for the first time in their career, I feel like their acting ability has finally matured past two goofy buddies.
Maybe not the greatest movie ever, but it felt like the movie we've been waiting for from them for years. Pleasantly surprised.
