Review of The World's End (2013) by E L — 09 Apr 2014
First film I ever watched by Pegg, Frost and Wright, and if this film is an indicator of what the rest of their oeuvre is like, it certainly won't be my last. This combined the best elements of crude British comedy and human drama with the kind of Hong Kong comedic action that has been missing from Jackie Chan films since the early 1990's.
