Review of The World's End (2013) by Luke S — 28 Feb 2015
The World's End is one of the most enjoyable films of all time, as it's fast-paced comedy and ridiculously brilliant script pulls the viewer into watching this breathtakingly entertaining masterpiece.
The film not only succeeds in being a hilarious comedy gem, but also in being an extremely well choreographed sci-fi action romp. Every single time I rewatch this movie I find another reason to love it even more, just like with the previous instalments in Edgar Wright's "Cornetto" trilogy.
Though I do believe that Hot Fuzz is superior to this and Shaun Of The Dead, The World's End is nonetheless one of the smartest, funniest, most well-written and most entertaining films of all time.
