Review of The World's End (2013) by Darth V — 30 Aug 2015
Kinda funny, kinda funny and somewhat poignant towards the end. Gary King (Pegg's character) has the best line towards the end where he declares that the original night of the pub crawl was supposed to be the beginning of a hopeful, optimistic future for him. Instead, it turned out to be the highlight of his life.
(Spoiler alert).
Thank goodness for the Aliens who muck everything up in the end. It's worth a watch and if you like Simon Pegg as much as I do, definitely one of his good movies as compared to Paul, which was funny and bad.
