The bad guy(s) were extremely obvious, the whole thing was lengthy and drawn out and rather boring, Bond's history of sleeping with and/or falling in love with every woman he meets is getting old, Denise Richards is seriously weak on the acting side and the end scene is way corny.
The first two Brosnan bond movies were much better.
