Not one of the worst Bond movies, but certainly nowhere near the top of the heap either. One of the best pre-titles action sequences, and Sophie Marceau is great, but much of the dialogue is simply cringe-inducing and Robert Carlyle's villain makes zero sense whatsover (how is leprosy a super-power?!).
