It actually wasn't as bad as I remembered, which was a surprise, It's still a bit problematic with the contrived plot and the slight miscasting of Denise Richards, but it's not as bad as Tomorrow Never Dies, Sophie Marceau as the plot-twist bad girl was an excellent choice as was Robert Carlyle as Renard.
Give it another chance.
