Review of The World Is Not Enough (1999) by Rob Ó — 25 Oct 2012
Even a bad Bond film is better than most action movies. Like its predecessors, the plot is riddled with inconsistencies. The one-liners are worse than ever, and Denise Richards is as bad an actor as Denise Richards.
But, it's still a link in the chain that led to the current Bond, the best Bond (sorry Connery fans), and it's got the best boat chase-scene ever filmed. Worth a watch (but c'mon, really, who hasn't seen it yet?).
